Email marketing is not only for newsletters. Well done, it can also be used for further customer and prospect loyalty.

We are all familiar with a newsletter. The interested lead registers on my webpage because I am presenting an interesting topic for them or have an interesting product. The lead wants to know more.

But there is quite more you can do with an email marketing tool.

You see, Email marketing doesn't have to be boring and intrusive. There are many ways to use it sensibly for both sides. And after all, all the email addresses that you collect with your offer belong only to you. That alone is worth the thoughts, work, and implementation.

In the newsletter, you logically inform about the news in your subject area and also about the news that affects your company. Of course, only the main purpose must be put in the middle here. Detailed, interestingly written, and with great easy readable style.

The reactivation of customers could be coming with a headline like: "Did I do something wrong?" or "Where are you staying? We miss you". Note in the email that you have noticed that they have not bought or booked from us for a longer period of time.

Sentences like: "Went something wrong? Then I would like to apologize to you with all my heart" are also effective empathy carriers. Offer a generous voucher, a discount code, or even a gift with their next order. Something like that normally brings back a lot of customers.

Of course, there are some programs out there that are already quite well known and used a lot. But keep in mind that these programs are just one single tool. Data usually needs to be exported back and forth.
